We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Exeter, Devon. This is a vital role within a well-established business, offering the opportunity to further your career in the motor trade while benefitting from a supportive work environment and attractive remuneration package.

  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £36,000
  • Monday to Friday working week, no weekends required

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Managing service bookings and maintaining clear communication with customers
  • Identifying upselling opportunities for additional products and services
  • Assisting with vehicle drop-off and collection processes
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and service history records
  • Collaborating effectively with the workshop team and parts department to ensure seamless operations 
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence
