We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join a reputable dealer group in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a individual with a strong customer service background within the automotive industry to develop their career within a forward-thinking, family-run business.

  • Rotating shifts including early mornings, late finishes, and every third Saturday, with overtime paid at time and a half
Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner at the Service Department
  • Schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work efficiently
  • Liaise with the workshop to monitor progress of repairs and communicate updates to customers
  • Upsell additional products and services to maximise workshop productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange courtesy vehicles when required
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service activities
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring total customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor or a similar role within a franchised dealership
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and IT literacy; experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is preferable
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts including Saturdays
