- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with one in three Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm, paid as overtime.

- As a Service Advisor, provide a courteous and efficient service to customers throughout the repair process.
- Track vehicle progress through the workshop and communicate updates clearly.
- Liaise with workshop and parts department colleagues.
- Discuss additional work requirements and associated costs with customers.
- Schedule and accurately record work.
- Support the aftersales team with file auditing, service bookings, order preparation, invoicing and new vehicle registrations.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and administrative accuracy.
- To succeed as a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will need previous experience in a similar role or another customer service position within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong IT literacy; experience using Pinewood Pinnacle would be advantageous.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential for this position.
