This Service Advisor position offers a professional and supportive working environment where high standards of customer service are recognised and rewarded.
Benefits:
- Salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission and bonus scheme
- OTE of £38,800
- Working hours of 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
- One-in-four Saturday mornings
- 46.25 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Opportunity to develop within a prestigious dealership
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain regular communication with customers
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with the workshop team
- Manage customer bookings and accurately update the dealership system
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance requirements
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requests professionally
- Work towards agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Ensure every customer receives a professional experience throughout the Service Advisor process
- Current automotive Service Advisor experience is essential
- Previous experience within a dealership or automotive environment
- Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Experience working towards sales targets and managing customer expectations
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
- Applicants for the Service Advisor position must be confident working in a fast-paced dealership
