Service Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a successful business based in Bury.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous service coordination experience who is looking to join a supportive team and develop their career within the fire and security industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating engineers and managing daily schedules
• Liaising with engineers and customers regarding jobs and updates
• Handling incoming calls and customer queries
• Managing engineer timesheets
• Ordering stock and materials
• Updating the CRM and internal systems
• Maintaining accurate job and project documentation
• Creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Communicating with management regarding project progress
• Providing general administrative support where required

Personal Requirements - 

The successful candidate will have previous Service Coordinator experience and be confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams.

You should have:

• Previous service coordination experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• A proactive and reliable approach to work

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm  |  This is a fully office based position.
