Service Designer

SC Cleared & Clearable Service Designer- Outside IR35 - 3 months+ Remote (UK)

Looking for a number of experienced Service Designers who are SC Cleared or Clearable, with demonstrable experience delivering user-centred design within UK Central Government environments.

• Experience designing end-to-end services within UK Government environments, following (url removed) and GDS Service Standard principles.

• Skilled in mapping user journeys, service blueprints, and improving user-centred services.

• Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (policy, delivery, design, and technical) to ensure services meet user needs and organisational goals
