We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our successful team covering Cirencester and the surrounding areas. 

The Opportunity 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing business where you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of Fire & Security systems. You will be trusted to deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships and represent our business professionally on site. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Service, maintain and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems. 
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. 
• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits. 
• Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns. 
• Complete accurate service reports and compliance documentation. 
• Provide technical advice and excellent customer service. 
• Ensure systems remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations. 

Systems Experience 

Fire: Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, Hochiki. 
Security: Texecom, Paxton, Hanwha, Dahua and similar platforms. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Previous Fire & Security service experience. 
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload. 
• Full UK Driving Licence. 
• FIA training, ECS/CSCS, IPAF or PASMA are advantageous.
