Air Conditioning Service Engineer

Location: North London / Home Counties
Salary: Circa £45,000 + Company Vehicle / Car Allowance
Hours: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We’re looking for an Air Conditioning Service Engineer who wants to develop into a commissioning and technical fault-finding role.

You don't need to be an experienced Commissioning Engineer already. If you've got solid AC service experience, can confidently fault-find and understand VRV / VRF systems, the business will provide the training and support to develop your commissioning knowledge.

Initially you'll concentrate on fault finding and technical site support before progressing into commissioning over your first few months.

The Role

  • Air Conditioning fault finding and diagnostics
  • Technical support on customer sites
  • Developing into VRV / VRF commissioning
  • Supporting contractors and installation teams
  • Completing site reports and technical documentation
  • Covering North London, London and surrounding areas
  • Typically one planned site visit per day
  • Friday generally reserved for administration, reporting and technical follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • Air Conditioning service experience
  • Experience fault finding on AC systems
  • Good understanding of VRV / VRF equipment
  • Comfortable working independently on customer sites
  • Keen to develop technically and learn commissioning
  • Manufacturer experience with Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu or similar equipment advantageous

You don't need to be somebody who spends every day changing compressors or carrying out heavy service work. The emphasis is on diagnostics, technical problem solving and developing your commissioning capability.
