Service & Maintenance Contracts Manager

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £50,000 basic + discretionary annual bonus
Full-time | Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee HVAC service and maintenance contracts while helping to grow the company’s service offering.

You’ll manage client relationships, contract performance and profitability, while identifying opportunities to develop new business and expand existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC service and maintenance contracts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Monitor budgets, costs, profitability and KPIs

• Oversee service delivery and contract performance

• Manage contract risks, compliance and suppliers/subcontractors

• Identify and develop new service and maintenance opportunities

• Improve processes and service delivery

Requirements

• Previous Contracts or Account Management experience within HVAC

• Strong understanding of service and maintenance contracts

• Commercially aware with good financial and negotiation skills

• Strong client relationship and business development skills

• Organised and able to manage multiple contracts

Package & Working Arrangements

• £50,000 basic salary

• Discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance

• Fully electric company car – VW ID.4

• Office-based role with regular site visits

• Occasional remote working
