Service Manager – Independent Specialist Garage

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established independent specialist garage.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong motor trade background who is confident dealing with customers and managing the day-to-day service operation.

What’s on offer:

• Up to £45,000 basic DOE
• Monday to Friday
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

The role:

• Managing the day-to-day service operation
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Pricing up jobs and preparing estimates
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent service
• Helping to keep the workshop running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous motor trade experience
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is organised and confident managing a busy workload
• Has a good understanding of workshop operations
