Community Care Lead – Complex Care 🌟

We’re recruiting a passionate and experienced Community Care Lead to join a growing Complex Care provider covering the Manchester and Sheffield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee high-quality, person-centred care and support individuals with complex needs in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day delivery of complex care packages within the community
-Lead, support, and develop care teams to deliver outstanding care
-Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
-Conduct assessments, care reviews, spot checks, and quality monitoring
-Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
-Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of care
Ideal Candidate:
-Experience in a Community Care Lead, Field Care Supervisor, or Service Manager role within Complex Care
-Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care
-NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
-Full UK driving licence preferred
