  • Support the implementation of operational plans and contribute to wider organisational objectives.

  • Encourage continuous improvement, innovation and the sharing of best practice across the team.

About You

We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can balance operational performance with a genuine commitment to helping people achieve positive outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience managing a service, contract or project, ideally within the charity, social care, rehabilitation or support services sector.

  • Experience leading, supervising and developing teams, with the ability to motivate others and drive performance.

  • A good understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals, including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and involvement with the criminal justice system.

  • Experience working collaboratively with external agencies, stakeholders and partner organisations.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience monitoring performance, analysing information and producing detailed reports.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with people at all levels.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or management systems.

  • A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.

  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality, inclusion and delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
