We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Reception Administrator to join our busy vehicle workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and has great attention to detail.

As Service Reception Administrator, you will be an important part of the day-to-day running of our workshop, providing a welcoming and professional service to customers while supporting the workshop team with administration.

Welcoming customers and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging appointments

Answering telephone calls and responding to emails

Updating customer and vehicle records

Preparing and processing paperwork and invoices

Liaising with technicians and the workshop team

Keeping customers updated regarding their vehicles

Using computer systems and workshop software

Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the department

We are looking for someone who:

Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems

Has excellent people and communication skills

Is friendly, approachable and professional

Is organised and able to manage several tasks at once

Has good attention to detail

Can work well as part of a team

Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Previous experience within a vehicle workshop, service department or automotive industry is essential, but personality, organisation and customer service skills are also equally important.

What's on Offer:

Salary: £29,120.00 per annum
