Main Dealer Commercial Workshop!

Basic Salary of £34,950!

Tonbridge Area

A strong opportunity for an experienced Service Receptionist to join a busy commercial workshop in the Tonbridge area.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, working closely with the workshop team to keep bookings, customer communication and the day-to-day service operation running smoothly.

A car or commercial workshop background is required, with experience using Keyloop, Kerridge and 1link highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing service reception and customer enquiries.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop.
• Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
• Working closely with technicians and the workshop team.
• Managing job cards, paperwork and general administration.
• Supporting the smooth running of the service department.

Requirements

• Previous Service Reception or Service Advisor experience.
• Background within a car or commercial workshop.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Keyloop, Kerridge and 1link experience desirable.

Salary and Benefits

• £33,415 basic salary (£34,947 with Saturdays)
• Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• 1-in-4 Saturdays, 7:30am–1pm, paid at 1.5x overtime
