Principal Technical Consultant – ServiceNow Architect

CSM & FSM | Remote | Salary Negotiable

I’m recruiting for a leading ServiceNow Partner looking to add an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong CSM and FSM expertise to their team.

This is a CSM/FSM-focused role, suited to someone who has designed and delivered complex solutions across both products and can provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of solution architecture from initial requirements and solution design through to implementation and delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the architecture and design of complex CSM and FSM solutions.
• Translating customer requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Designing customer service and field service workflows across enterprise environments.
• Supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, proposals and customer presentations.
• Defining integrations between ServiceNow and CRM, ERP and third-party platforms.
• Providing technical direction across design, development and deployment.
• Advising on security and identity integrations including SSO, SAML and OAuth.
• Ensuring solutions follow ServiceNow best practice and architectural standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture or senior technical consulting experience.
• Significant hands-on delivery experience across CSM and FSM.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and field service processes.
• Experience designing solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of integrations, security and identity management.
• Exposure to domain separation and multi-tenant environments.
• CTA or CMA certification desirable.
