Principal Technical Consultant – ServiceNow Architect

Remote | Up to £120k

I am recruiting on behalf of a leading ServiceNow Partner looking to add a ServiceNow Architect with a background in HR to their team.

The role would suit someone with a strong technical background across HRSD and CSM, combined with the stakeholder management skills to lead complex ServiceNow programmes from initial design through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions based on complex business requirements.
• Supporting pre-sales activity including solution shaping, proposals and customer presentations.
• Defining and governing integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms such as SAP, CRM and third-party systems.
• Providing technical direction across design, development and deployment teams.
• Advising on security and identity integrations including SSO, SAML and OAuth.
• Ensuring solutions remain aligned with ServiceNow best practice and wider architectural standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture or senior technical consulting experience.
• Proven delivery experience across HRSD and CSM.
• Experience working with complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of integrations, security and identity management.
• Familiarity with domain separation and multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.
• CTA or CMA certification is desirable, although strong equivalent experience will also be considered.

This could also suit an experienced Senior Technical Consultant looking to step into a broader architecture-focused position.
