Location: Leicester
Salary: £38,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours)

Shift Patterns (4 vacancies):

  • Sunday–Thursday: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00
  • Monday–Friday: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00

We're looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead our production team at our Leicester site, ensuring safe, efficient operations while delivering the highest standards of quality and food safety.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a production team to achieve daily targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across production.
  • Coach, develop and support team members to maximise performance.
  • Work closely with Technical, Engineering and other departments to deliver operational excellence.
  • Manage labour, yield and production performance to meet business objectives.
About You
  • Experience as a Shift Manager or an experienced Team Leader ready to step up.
  • Background in food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • KPI-focused with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • High-care manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
