Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Package Repair Coordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization.

This is a hands-on role supporting a global shipping team. You will manage outbound shipments, handle import/export paperwork, and ensure everything complies with customs laws. Working closely with the manager and shippers, you will maintain accurate SAP records to keep deliveries moving smoothly.

Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Clear outgoing orders directly from the digital SAP shipping queue.

  • This role requires extensive corporate experience and robust expertise in international customs procedures.

  • Arrange and support the manual import and export of heavy items like gas turbines, tooling, and parts.

  • Team up with freight forwarders and customs brokers to secure import authorizations and clear goods smoothly.

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments strictly follow global customs laws.

  • Verify that all cargo classification, financial valuation, and paperwork match international trade regulations.

  • Act fast to fix any customs-related delays or issues by communicating with internal teams and external border authorities.

  • Keep exact, up-to-date logs of all company Import and Export registers.

  • Troubleshoot and fix digital errors within the outbound shipping and warehouse systems, including post-goods issue steps.

  • Act as an advanced SAP user to help the wider warehouse and shipping teams maintain accurate digital documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a global export and import environment, specifically handling customs operations and global trade compliance.

  • Deep understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance frameworks.

  • Strong, hands-on SAP proficiency across delivery, shipping, and warehouse modules.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams and external authorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using Microsoft Office tools and internal software.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Customs Compliance & Procedures Certificate: Formal certification showing a verified understanding of customs rules.

  • Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) Certification: Specifically an IATA certification for handling air freight shipments that contain hazardous or restricted materials.

  • Certificate in Export Documentation & Procedures: Official training in accurately preparing and managing global export paperwork.

  • Certificate in Import Procedures & Customs Clearance: Verified expertise in navigating border clearances and importation steps.

  • Data Analysis Proficiency: Strong skills in extracting, analyzing, and managing shipping data using Microsoft Excel and other internal applications.
