Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join the Shipping Team of a well-established global organisation located near Southampton Airport - SO18.

The Role of Shipping Clerk

Working as part of the Shipping Team, you will be responsible for processing shipments and pick lists, completing warehouse documentation and checking products meet the required quality standards before dispatch.

You will also help maintain an organised warehouse environment and ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

About You

Previous experience within a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and has good attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and work accurately. You should also have good communication skills and be comfortable with basic maths and computer systems.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are required.

Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk, Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Goods In Operative, Goods Out Operative, Picker, Packer, Order Picker, Dispatch Operative, Stores Operative, Stock Controller, Warehouse Assistant, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative, Factory Operative or Assembly Technician would be advantageous but not essential.
