Join a Leading Logistics Operation in West Thurrock!We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Shunter Driver to join a busy and well-established transport operation based in West Thurrock. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for a stable, ongoing afternoon shift with excellent rates of pay.
Duties Include:
- Shunting vehicles safely around the yard and site
- Moving trailers to loading and unloading bays
- Conducting vehicle safety checks
- Liaising with warehouse and transport teams
- Ensuring all movements are completed efficiently and safely
- Adhering to site health and safety procedures at all times
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous shunting or yard experience preferred
- Good communication skills and a strong safety focus
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
