Site Agent

Corepeople Recruitment is recruiting for a permanent Site Agent position with a well-established UK infrastructure and civil-engineering contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil-engineering and infrastructure projects.

An established mid-to-large civil-engineering business with extensive experience across renewable-energy infrastructure, roads and bridges, marine construction, flood protection, site development and associated civil works. The business has particular expertise in delivering large-scale projects in challenging and remote environments and operates as part of a wider infrastructure-services group.

The Site Agent will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management and delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities will include coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and site teams, monitoring progress, maintaining health and safety standards and working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Experience delivering large-scale civil-engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety and quality requirements
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and project programmes
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Relevant civil-engineering qualifications are desirable
