Site Agent - Stallingborough - Permanent

SITE AGENT // STALLINGBOROUGH // PERMANENT

Our client is looking for a Site Agent to join their team on a Sea Defence Improvement Scheme in Stallingborough. This is a key role on a major flood and water project, overseeing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

You'll be responsible for managing site staff and operatives, producing method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans, while ensuring works are carried out in line with programme and project requirements. You'll also be monitoring costs against budgets, understanding tender allowances, managing subcontractors, preparing and tracking programmes of work, and coordinating design activities throughout the project lifecycle. 

You must have either an HNC, HND or BEng in Civil Engineering, along with a valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification. Previous experience delivering civil engineering, flood defence, water or heavy infrastructure projects would be highly beneficial.
