📍 Contract Length: 12 Months +

UPB are working with a specialist, regional civils & construction contractor to hire a Site Agent for a Civils & infrastructure scheme in the West Midlands.

You will focus managing five gangs who are delivering 278 works, drainage & paving in a public environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of site activity of site operatives
• Manage quality of works delivery
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

Required Qualifications & Training

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Strong people skills
• Previous experience of groundworks packages.
