Site Compliance Technician

We are looking for a Site Compliance Technician for a permanent position based in Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wastewater professional to support operational excellence, customer satisfaction and compliance across the NWG wastewater network.

Reporting to the Framework Customer & Service Delivery Manager, the Site Compliance Technician will review service partner activities from a process and customer perspective, with particular emphasis on jetting operations. Responsibilities include auditing site and operational processes, mentoring field teams, monitoring customer impact, ensuring adherence to best practice and maintaining accurate quality assurance records.

The role involves travelling across the NWG wastewater network and requires a flexible approach to working hours.

• Varied experience of wastewater networks and associated operations.
• Experience of high-pressure water jetting, vacuum tankers, CCTV surveys and trenchless technologies, including patching, lining or pipe bursting.
• Experience of site audits, process compliance and quality assurance.
• Good IT and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused and professional approach.
• Ability to mentor colleagues, work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
