Site Engineer - Earthworks & Civils

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for an experience Site Engineer with experience in earthworks and civil engineering experience working on a major infrastructure project.
The project is at early stages offering minimum 12 months contract work, with a potential further 12 months on the next phase of works.
Requirements:
- Experienced Site Engineer with Earthworks & Civil Engineering
- Supervise earthworks and civil engineering activities on site.
- Set out works and verify line, level, and dimensions.
- Produce both volumetric and topographical surveys
- Using 3D design models to guide construction plant such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, and dozers
- Manage excavation, cut & fill, grading, and compaction operations.
- Oversee drainage, roads, pavements, and associated infrastructure works.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour to maintain programme.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues.
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate material testing and inspection activities.
- Raise RFIs and manage client and consultant inspections.
- Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Measure completed works for valuations and progress claims.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain accurate as-built records and handover documentation.
