Site Engineer

We are currently seeking two experienced Setting Out Engineers to join a long-term fast-track residential development involving groundworks and RC frame structures across 6 blocks (4–6 storeys).

This is a stable, long-running project offering consistent work with potential weekend overtime.

Project Overview

• RC frame and groundworks package
• 6 residential blocks (4–6 storeys)
• Fast-track construction programme
• 2 engineers required on site

Hours

• 7:30am – 5:30pm (standard working hours)
• Occasional Saturdays (as required by programme)

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years independent setting out experience
• Experience on large-scale, fast-track developments
• Background in RC frame and groundworks projects
• Proficient in CAD software
• Must have own laptop with relevant software capability
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for setting out duties
• Reliable and able to commit to a long-term project

Duties

• Setting out for RC frames, drainage, and groundworks packages
• Interpreting drawings and coordinating with site teams
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Supporting site engineers and project management team as required
• Maintaining as-built records and reporting progress
