Site Engineer | Civil Engineering | Yorkshire | £40k - £50k + Package   We're currently working with a well-established regional civil engineering contractor to recruit a Site Engineer to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of highways, infrastructure, environmental and public realm projects across Yorkshire.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing civil engineering business with a strong pipeline of secured work across local authority and public sector frameworks. The role would suit an experienced Site Engineer looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, or an ambitious Engineer ready to take on greater responsibility across multiple projects.   Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately, on programme and to the highest quality standards.   What You'll Be Doing;
  • Setting out and surveying highways, infrastructure, environmental and public realm projects
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme
  • Producing QA documentation, site records and as-built surveys
  • Coordinating subcontractors and supporting day-to-day site operations
  • Monitoring quality, health & safety and environmental compliance
  • Liaising with the project team, clients and key stakeholders throughout delivery
What You'll Need;
  • Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering
  • Experience delivering highways, infrastructure, environmental or public realm projects
  • Competent using GPS and total station surveying equipment
  • Good understanding of setting out, QA processes and technical drawings
  • HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
