Are you a Site Engineer with a background in residential construction projects looking to join a rapidly growing and family run company, who are well renowned in their field, offering rapid progression opportunities to Site Management or Project Management positions?

In this role you will be a driving part of the delivery of new build residential projects. You will be responsible for regular inspections of the construction process, monitoring timelines and budgets, collaborate with the project team to identify risks and work closely with contractors, suppliers and the Site Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of these projects. Once this project is completed, there will be scope to become a Site Manager for another project.

This company are well established in the industry and have been operating for over a decade. They are family run and have developed a strong reputation for their focus on quality, safety and top-notch design. They are rapidly expanding and have projects all over Northern Ireland and are looking to grow their position in the market further.

This role would suit a Site Engineer with a background in residential construction, looking for a varied new role with a reputable company that will encourage their development and progression.

The Role:

• Inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure projects are sticking to schedule
• Collaborate with the project team to identify risks
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers and the Site Manager
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
