Site Engineer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major RC (reinforced concrete) and groundwork project in Birmingham. This is a long-term contract, offering consistent work on a high-profile construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out for reinforced concrete and groundwork packages.
• Setting out walls, columns and stair cores.
• Accurately positioning holding-down bolts.
• Setting out drainage works.
• Supporting structural steel installation.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the required specifications and quality standards.
• Working closely with the site management and engineering team to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer on RC and groundwork projects.
• Competent using Leica TS16 total station.
• Experience with either robotic or two-person surveying instruments.
• Degree qualified (preferred).
• Valid CSCS card.
