Site Engineer

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a leading Civil Engineering contractor who act as Main Contractor delivering specialist Basement, RC Structure, Demolition and Cut & Carve projects in Central London.

With their recent projects awarded they are now hiring experience Site Engineers to work for them on a long term basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Carry out setting out works and prepare accurate as-built surveys and records.
• Coordinate demolition, structural alterations, temporary works, and enabling works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and construction methods.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities with the client, consultants, and project team.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, raising RFIs where necessary.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Assist with planning, sequencing, and the successful delivery of the project.

For the right person the first contract will offer 12+ months work in London starting at short notice.
