Duration: 5 Months
£350 per day

Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a long-term civil engineering project in Norfolk, commencing on 27th July 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Foreman with a strong background in civil engineering projects who can lead site teams, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce activities
• Manage subcontractors, plant and labour on site
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks and daily coordination meetings
• Monitor productivity and programme progress
• Liaise with Site Managers, Engineers and clients
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Extensive civils experience is essential
• Previous experience working as a Site Foreman on civil engineering projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work (preferred)
• Experience managing groundworks, drainage, roads, infrastructure or similar civils packages
