Site Foreman

Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for a 278 works Temporary works site foreman in Haslingden, BB4

Duties: You will be responsible for organizing labour, materials, equipment, and sequencing for temporary works operations, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and safely. A strong understanding of construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and permit systems is important for success in this role.

You should be confident in identifying hazards, enforcing safe work practices, and escalating technical or safety concerns when needed. In this position, you will monitor daily site conditions and verify that temporary works are erected, modified, used, and dismantled according to approved procedures.

You will support inspections before use, maintain records of site activities, and help ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Communication is a major part of the role, as you will brief crews, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and ensure that subcontractors understand the scope and limitations of temporary systems. Having checkable references and also experience in heavy civils and deep drainage is a must!

Start Date: Monday 29th June

Contract Rate: Day rates are negotiable dependant on experience

Duration: Long term work available (Minimum 5-6 years work)

Requirements: Valid SMSTS, Black CSCS card, Temporary works certificate, first aid and PPE
