Project: 1 Storey New build of School Block

Price: £2M

Start: 6th July

Length: 27 Weeks

Essential Certs:

• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Telehandler (Essential)
• 1st aid
• Enhanced DBS

Duties

• Health & Safety
• Quality Assurance
• Progress reporting
• Ordering materials
• Updating Site Diaries
• Inductions / Toolbox Talks
• Participate in site discipline meetings
• Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
• Ensure project is delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget
• Working closely with and providing regular reports to the Contracts Manager
• Maintain daily records including progress pictures within project file to support management
• Assist in the preparation of RAMS & ensure they are reviewed and signed off on a daily basis
