Working Foreman (Joinery Background) | Nationwide & Ireland | High-End Retail Fit Outs

Are you a hands-on Foreman who still enjoys being on the tools? Looking for secure, long-term work on high-quality retail projects with excellent earning potential, paid accommodation, a company van and genuine support when working away?

We're looking for an experienced Working Foreman from a Joinery or Carpentry background to join a growing team delivering high-end retail fit out projects across the UK and Ireland. Projects include recognised brands such as JoJo Maman Bébé, Clarks and Waterstones, working within high streets, shopping centres and standalone retail stores.

The Role

As a Working Foreman, you'll lead from the front, managing small site teams while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of projects. You'll be responsible for organising materials, maintaining site standards, coordinating trades and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to an exceptional finish.

What We're Looking For

• Joiner or Carpenter by trade (essential)
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Carpenter/Joiner
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid Certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Flexible and willing to travel nationwide and throughout Ireland
• Positive, motivated and hands-on approach
