Site Labourer / Welfare Cleaning

We are currently recruiting for a Site Labourer / Welfare Cleaner to join a major construction project in Redcar.

Long-term work is available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

Candidates must have:

• CSCS Green Labourer Card
• Previous experience in site labouring
• Previous experience carrying out welfare cleaning duties on construction sites
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Good time management and organisational skills

About the Role:

This role combines general site labouring duties with welfare cleaning responsibilities, ensuring the construction site remains safe, clean and operational.

Duties will include:

• General site labouring and assisting trades as required
• Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities including toilets, canteens, drying rooms and communal areas
• Restocking consumables within welfare facilities
• Keeping walkways and work areas clean and free from hazards
• Assisting with deliveries and moving materials around site
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules
• Supporting the site team to maintain a clean, safe and productive working environment
