Site Maintenance / Caretaker (Manufacturing) in Telford

Job Title: Site Maintenance / Caretaker (Manufacturing) - Temp to Perm

Location: Stafford Park

Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We're recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Site Maintenance / Caretaker to support a busy manufacturing site in Stafford Park. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace safe, clean, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out basic repairs and general maintenance across the site
• Painting and touch-up work as required
• Gardening / outdoor upkeep, including keeping external areas tidy
• Rubbish removal and waste disposal to maintain a clean environment
• General housekeeping duties to ensure the site is clean, organised, and presentable
• Spot issues proactively and report any larger maintenance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a caretaker, site maintenance, facilities, or handyman role (ideal but not essential)
• Able to complete basic repair and maintenance tasks confidently
• Practical, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to cleanliness and site standards
• Good timekeeping and a positive, can-do attitude
