Role: Site Manager

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire (PE25)

Rate: £280 per day CIS

Contract: Temporary

Durations: 8 weeks

 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme within occupied social housing properties in the Skegness area.

 

Working on behalf of a Social Housing Association, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

 

Previous experience working within social housing, planned maintenance or occupied refurbishment programmes would be highly desirable.

 

Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle
  • Valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshal qualification
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • DBS clearance / willingness to complete a DBS check
