Site Manager

SITE MANAGER – HARTLEPOOL

Location: Hartlepool
Rate: £300 per day
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: Long-term / Ongoing

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy construction project in Hartlepool.

Requirements:

• SMSTS – Essential
• Black CSCS Manager Card – Essential
• Previous experience working as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction site procedures and health & safety
• Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors and workforce effectively

The Role:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to program
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
• Liaising with project management and the wider site team
• Ensuring site documentation and procedures are kept up to date

£300 per day
07:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
