Externals Site Manager –

  • £280–£300 per day CIS or £65,000 + Package Permanent

An experienced Externals Site Manager is immediately required by a principal contractor for a £40m prestigious high-end hotel and residential development in Mayfair. The programme duration for the project is 1 year. 
 
As the site manager, you will take responsibility for managing and completing the external envelope packages, including:
  • Roofing and associated finishes
  • Mansafe systems
  • Façades
  • Windows and glazing
  • SFS
  • Brickwork
  • External finishes, QA and snagging
They are looking for a hands-on Site Manager with proven externals experience who can coordinate specialist subcontractors, manage interfaces and sequencing, and drive works through to a high-quality finish.
 
Experience on high-end residential, hotel, refurbishment or complex Central London projects would be particularly relevant.
 
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required.
