Build Space is recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join the delivery team on a major modular development in Stafford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale, fast-track construction project involving the installation of 270 modular bays across multiple three-storey buildings. This landmark development is being delivered using modern methods of construction, requiring a Site Manager who can confidently lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and drive programme on site.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics and work closely with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.
- Modular construction experience is essential.
- Strong fit out experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage programme, quality and health & safety on site.
- Black CSCS Card (Valid)
- SMSTS (Valid)
- First Aid at Work (Valid)
- £325 - £375 per day
- Long-term freelance contract.
