This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day site operations on a live refurbishment scheme with a demanding programme and tight deadline. The successful candidate will be confident driving works on site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and liaising directly with the client to ensure a successful delivery.



Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Strong programme management and organisational skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and drive projects to completion


Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily site activities and subcontractors
  • Monitoring progress against programme
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
  • Coordinating trades and resolving site issues
  • Maintaining quality standards throughout the project
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivering the project within a challenging timescale
