Our client is an established and growing main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. With a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and public sector developments, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their North London team.

The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Projects will typically include:
- Residential developments
- Refurbishment schemes
- New build construction
- Commercial projects
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
- Maintaining project programmes
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Chairing subcontractor meetings
- Managing client and consultant relationships
- Producing site reports
- Driving health & safety standards across site
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black or Gold Card
- First Aid at Work
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience delivering new build or refurbishment projects
- £55,000 - £65,000 salary
