Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-end bespoke finishes? Join as a Site Manager working for a well-established and highly regarded joinery contractor, delivering prestigious residential and bespoke interior projects across Central London.
Working closely with clients, subcontractors and installation teams, you'll take responsibility for overseeing site operations, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. This role would suit someone with a strong background in bespoke joinery, luxury fit-out, or high-end residential construction who takes pride in delivering outstanding craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Reporting into senior management, you will take responsibility for coordinating installation activities across multiple projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on program and in line with client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing joinery installation projects from delivery through to completion
- Coordinating installation teams and specialist subcontractors on site
- Planning labour, materials, deliveries, and installation programmes
- Ensuring installations are completed to specification and the highest quality standards
- Reviewing technical drawings and installation details
- Liaising with clients, site teams, contractors, and other trades
- Carrying out site surveys and pre-installation checks
- Resolving on-site issues and driving projects forward
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting any delays or risks
- Managing snagging, quality inspections, and project handovers
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all sites
- Proven experience within joinery installation, carpentry, or bespoke interiors
- Previous experience leading site teams or managing installation projects
- High-end residential, luxury fit-out, or bespoke joinery experience
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience working alongside main contractors and multiple trades on live construction sites
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
- CSCS Card as a minimum
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
