Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out
Location: Kilmarnock
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Kilmarnock.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing retail fit-out projects is essential.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site operations safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Monitor project progress and maintain programme deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established project with an immediate start available.
