We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on its long-term Capital Delivery contracts. Working across the Sevenoaks region, you'll play a key role in delivering clean water pipeline projects, helping to maintain and improve critical water infrastructure for Thames Water.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of clean water pipeline schemes, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure all works are delivered in line with company and client procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of clean water pipeline projects.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver works safely and efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate site activities to achieve programme milestones.
- Carry out regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and progress reports.
- Liaise with the client, local authorities and key stakeholders where required.
- Ensure all permits, risk assessments and method statements are in place before works commence.
- Promote a positive safety culture through toolbox talks, site briefings and proactive leadership.
About You
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within the UK water industry.
- Strong background delivering clean water pipeline projects.
- Experience working on cross-country pipeline schemes is essential.
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site management responsibilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
