The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit-out project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors.

You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities for the fit-out project
• Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure productivity and quality
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Monitor project programme and report progress to senior management
• Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Ensure works are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects (commercial/office/retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
