The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to take ownership of upcoming care home and healthcare construction projects in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong site professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, maintaining compliance, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations.
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project programmes and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations, construction standards, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure projects remain on programme and work is delivered in accordance with predetermined schedules.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve site-based issues quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation, inspection records, and site reports using the company's digital software systems.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all site personnel follow appropriate procedures and standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of communication and organisation.
About You

We are seeking a confident and proactive Site Manager with proven construction experience and the ability to take ownership of site delivery.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar position within the construction industry.
  • Experience working on care home, healthcare, commercial, refurbishment, or similar construction projects would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Word and general digital/word-processing software.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Fire Warden
  • GCSE or equivalent preferred.
