Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager required to start 21/09/2026, 4 month contract working for a well established and reputable joinery sub-contractor. Work will involve overseeing the delivery on a substantial joinery package on a multi-million pound new build development in Newcastle. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes
• Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a manager overseeing similar packages of work
• An understanding of flooring materials and working methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.
• Essential certification required -
• Gold or Black CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS and 1st aid at work

Remuneration:

• £27.00 per hour (could be negotiable)
