Site Manager – Peterborough – School refurbishment - Start date Week of 20th July for an initial 1-2 weeks.High potential of works to follow.

Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around Peterborough, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a small school refurbishment in Peterborough.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

  • Ordering of Labour
  • Manage subcontractors on site
  • Ordering of Materials
  • Identify and resolve any issues with the project
  • To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

  • SMSTS & CSCS Card
  • Strong work ethic
  • First Aid Certificate
  • MUST have previous school refurbishment/fitout experience
  • MUST have DBS certificate
