We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project in Southampton, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor quality and ensure all works meet required specifications.
• Keep accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Enhanced DBS Check (essential).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to start immediately.
